Our post-construction cleaning is highly rated. It is a detailed cleaning and organizing of the space to make it as finished as possible, and ready to be inhabited. How does our renovation cleaning service work?
We visit the property to assess the work to be done. Each job will need different cleaning chemicals and tools. Our tools are as basic as cleaning cloths, broom and mop and can be as heavy duty as a tile cleaning machine.
These are the typical tasks in a post-construction or post-renovation clean:
- TilesTiles are cleaned. If they require an acid-based cleaner, we typically use muriatic acid. We take safety precautions when using this acid to prevent damage to appliances etc.
- Walls and SurfacesWe clean the dust from surfaces, and from nooks and crannies.
- FloorsWe scrape, wipe, sweep, mop, vacuum - whatever it takes, to clean your floors.
- ItemsWe handwipe your items if they have been exposed to dust
- WindowsWe clean and shine your windows, and remove mortar and other buildup
