Frequently Asked Questions
Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.
General Questions
Simply click on "Get an Estimate" anywhere you see the button on our website, and you will be able to get a quotation in real time. As you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust. The online quotes are quite accurate, but a site visit is the most accurate determinant of job pricing
Yes. Our costs covers all aspects of the clean and are not based on time. We deliver quality results, no matter how long or short it takes.
A site visit is the most effective way to determine the cost of a clean. However, there are cases when it can be skipped. Call 473-538-6243 and speak with our Manager. She will assist you in determining the best way forward for your clean.
Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross-contamination from house to house.
However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge per visit (starting at $15 per visit for regular cleans). You can opt-in to this option from your customer dashboard. We always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours after your clean and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Scheduling Questions
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement, at a small extra charge.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
For basic cleans, you are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Deep cleanings and commercial jobs require a non-refundable 50% down-payment to secure the booking.
Yes, we do use contracts for our jobs. They are very simple and quick to read, and cover both the customer and our business.
