What is your White Goods Pickup service?
We collect your white goods and other items that you want to throw away, and we discard them at the Perseverance Landfill. We collect items such as appliances (fridges, stoves, washing machines, dryers etc.), furniture (chairs, bed frames, tables etc.), mattresses, solar panels, galvanize, and pieces of wood. Our pickup service is at least once a quarter and is is island-wide.
Are you a green cleaning company?
We are actively working towards “green cleaning” certification, however we do offer green cleaning services for residential cleaning. In our green cleaning package, we use environmentally-safe products and solutions such as distilled white vinegar, baking soda, the PINK Stuff cleaning paste and other biodegradable products.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that your plans may change without warning, and you may have to cancel a clean.
– For cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled cleaning, you receive a 100% refund of payments made.
– For cancellations made 25-47 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning, you receive a 100% refund of the cleaning fee, but an administrative charge of EC $30.00 applies.
– For same day cancellations (24 hours or less), you will be refunded 50% of the cleaning fee and the administrative fee of EC $30.00 will also apply.
In the event that Eazy Maids needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, 24 hours notice will be given to client. If Eazy Maids fails to give 24-hour notice quiet will be offered one free basic cleaning.
Do you offer refunds?
Our team is trained to deliver the right results the first time. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, we will discuss with you. We do not provide cash refunds, but we do offer discounts on future cleaning services.
How often will you clean my home?
Typically, clients book weekly, bi-weekly or monthly but we will clean your home or office as often as you would like, once our staff is available.
Do I need to be at home when you are cleaning?
Certainly not. Our cleaners are trained to clean to a high quality whether you are at home or not. If you will not be home, call and let us know what arrangement will be made for us to gain access to your home. If you will almost always not be at home when we clean, you can provide us with your gate code, or a copy of your house key. This will be safely stored at all times. If, for some reason, you are not at home and the team arrives and are unable to access your home, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes we do! If your pet sheds a lot (this sometimes happens seasonally), an additional fee may be applied if it significantly increases the time the cleaners have to spend cleaning your home.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
For one-time and deep cleans, Eazy Maids will provides its own cleaning supplies and tools. For recurring services (such as weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleans), you will provide your own supplies which will remain at your home or office. A list of recommended supplies will be given to you after the consultation.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaners arrive?
Yes and no. You certainly do not need to do any cleaning, however, we do appreciate if you could pick up excess clutter (such as clothing and toys) from the floor as this increases the time we spend at your home, and this may result in increased charges.
Are there opportunities for advancement at Eazy Maids?
Yes, there are many opportunities for career advancement within Eazy Maids. For example, a Cleaning Technician I can progress to being a Cleaning Technician II.
What age do I need to be to work with Eazy Maids?
You must be between the ages of 18 and 60 years.
Can males apply to work with your company?
Yes! Eazy Maids employs both male and female workers. Typically, males perform more outdoor tasks (such as cleaning patios, driveways and steps), and handle heavier equipment (such as pressure washers and commercial vacuums).
Can I sign up for a course even if I am not working with Eazy Maids?
Yes you can. Our courses are open to anyone interested in gaining knowledge about different areas of cleaning. Eazy Maids employees receive a discounted price when they register for any course.
How much do the courses cost?
Each course has a different cost, but we are certain that they will always be affordably priced.
Are you a registered business?
Yes we are. We are registered with the Inland Revenue Department and the National Insurance Scheme.
